Returns
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. When you return an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, and we strongly recommend you insure/register it with the Post Office.Defective Returns
All damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a full refund.
